My name is Michael Ashley. I have been a Delaware Notary Public for over 12 years. I am a current member of the American Society of Notaries (ASN), National Notary Association (NNA), and the United States Mobile Notary Association (USMNA). Through the National Notary Association (NNA), I am a NNA Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent, have successfully completed the following educational training programs, “The Trusted Notary Training” course, “eNotary Specialization Training” and” TEA Specialization Training”. Through the American Society of Notaries (ASN), I have Successfully Completed the “Notary Signing Agent” training course. When I can schedule a block of time, I will be taking the exam to become an American Society of Notaries (ASN) Certified Notary Signing Agent.
The Delaware Notary Association is the state’s #1 website dedicated to the Professional Delaware Notaries Public.
This website is dedicated to serve the Delaware Notary Public with education, supplies, opportunities to network their notarial experience/skills and up to date notary news.
It is my goal that the Delaware Notary Association be an association for the Delaware Notaries Public. When each document has been notarized by the Delaware Notary Public, the constituents/public can be assured that the signer is NOT an imposter and any contracting parties can be assured that the document has been signed and no other will have full force and effect.
Secondly, I want to promote the Expertise and Exposure of the Delaware Notary Public to the public and promote the marketing of the Delaware Notary Public to all constituents and businesses/corporations within and outside the State of Delaware who are looking for a Delaware Notary Public who need their services (whether it be notarizing a paper document or notarizing a document electronically).
Also, I would like to create a “Delaware Notary Public Network” to where Delaware Notaries Public can share their notary experiences, share their notarial knowledge with other notaries and periodically host networking sessions that would have an agenda to better serve the Delaware Notary Public. Please contact us with your notarial questions/concerns and thoughts. We will get you the correct answer/procedure as it relates to the Delaware statute or direct you to the proper authority.
We welcome any comments, thoughts and suggestions that you may have to improve this association. If you want to broaden your horizons as a Delaware Notary Public, please feel free to be a part of the Delaware Notary Association. There is no cost to be added to the Delaware Notary Association’s Newsletter email listing. Please contact us via email or by phone. Contact information can be found on the “Contact Us” navigational page.
